Extend Panel Buttons Api

Hello,

Will be nice to have possible to put some additional option to button create.

For example view and model, to provide custom button behavior, or change button type/view (will be possible create chackboxes, switcher etc.)

const newButton = panelManager.addButton('myNewPanel',{
  id: 'myNewButton',
  className: 'someClass',
  command: 'someCommand',
  view: CustomButtonView
  model: CustomButttonModel
});

Btw, perhaps add some like a button types (like component types, traits types)

I think it will high improve work with editor buttons and add more freedom to customize.
