🐞 버그 설명

chatGPT에 동화 생성을 요청시 다섯번 중 한번은 형식을 틀리게 줘서 json 형식 Exception 발생

✅ 재현 방법

/api/v1/tales/ POST 요청시 발생

💭 예상된 결과

생성된 tale_id 반환

ResultCode.Fail이 반환됩니다.
