What's the issue you encountered?

In the mod Serene Seasons for Fabric, once I create a world with the mod and then delete the mod on Curseforge and in my mods folder the mod is still in my world and it still works in newly loaded chunks. How do I fully get rid of the mod in my world?

How can the issue be reproduced?

First off, download the Serene Seasons mod on Fabric Edition on Curseforge, and then load up the launcher, press play, and create a new world. Then, save and quit the world and go into your modpack with the Serene Seasons mod in it. Now, delete the mod there and then go into your mods folder and delete it there as well. Now, go back into that same world you were just in and the mod will still be there. WHYYYYY?????

I'm not sure what you mean by "it still works", and without any screenshots or logs or anything we can't really help.

I think it's because unloaded chunk still have snow existed, which made him think that the mod is not deleted. This should be an issue related to "Snow not melting" or "Ice not melting". Which is a bug that exists for a long time. Not sure why there's still no solution for it.

Because that's not a bug. Vanilla's snow/ice melting only goes off of light level, so without the mod installed it's not going to melt naturally (Regardless of whether it's in a loaded/unloaded chunk).
