Add a toggle route to OpenAPI

It could be nice to have a route to toggle switch.

Use case is tasker quick settings or widget on Android

I did a little review of all pending issues on this repo, maybe this could be a feature request rather than a Github issue? A bit hard to prioritize against other requests :) (I know that I asked you to create this issue, but in this end it might be easier if it's in the feature requests part on the forum)
