There are reports of export and options dialog opening when an entry on the list is tapped on certain phones. iPhones are cleared.

I need to know if this still exists on the ported Tally

This bug, if it still exists, pertains to both Tally Cloud and Tally On-Premise. The Engine Port project should solely contain issues and PRs pertaining to Tally Cloud. The On-Premise project should contain solely issues and PRs pertaining to Tally On-Premise. Any overlaps in between the two should exists in both projects.
