Cannot use accentuated characters when creating a style

Expected Behavior

When I create a new style, the UI asks to give a title and a summary for the style. I should be able to type text in the language of my users.

Actual Behavior

When I use characters like "é", I have an error message and I cannot create the style.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Ask to create a new style
2. In the configuration window fields, type a text with special characters
3. An error message is displayed and I cannot create the style.
