Follow this guide for initial setup: https://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/installation/ and download these as well:

• https://pypi.org/project/mkdocs-video/
• https://github.com/ultrabug/mkdocs-static-i18n
• https://github.com/squidfunk/mkdocs-material

Hosting Locally

• Download github desktop, go to repository click on the Code and Open with github desktop
• Open up CMD and cd to where repository is (for example cd C:\Users\Taiyou\Desktop\Github Repo\Gensokyo-Reimagined-Wiki
• after that type mkdocs serve to host it locally
