Explore using NuGet

[Super-Genius]

Seems like NuGet is now an option on Github Packages, which may be better than github releases.

Only problem is that we build different OS's but I think we can have a last pass to combine the Windows, Linux, OSX, Android and iOS libs into one Nuget package in CI/CD.
