QAP Specviewer not display or refreshing correctly in release/3.1.x

Load in browser: http://localhost:8777/qapspec/specviewer.html

reduce  -r plotSpectraForQA N20180304S0121_extracted.fits
reduce -r plotSpectraForQA N20181210S0045_extracted.fits
reduce -r plotSpectraForQA N20180521S0101_extracted.fits

Run the reduce calls back-to-back. This is how QAP works. You should see:

• The first call displays one spectrum. All good. Reset zoom works.
• The second call is the one messes things up. There are several apertures. Some a displayed, some are not, there does not seem to be much order. The reset zoom does not work anymore.
• The third call does not display anything even though the counter at the bottom is still going 3-2-1. The web tool is just not responding anymore. The only way to re-activate it is to reload the page.
