Adding the Feature of Making Profile Editable

In the Post Section in the Home Page of TechiSpot : The News Post contains user Profile in the Top section With their Profile Picture And Username

Now , We are implementing feature of Making the Profile Editable whenever the user Hovers or does the functionality of OnClick A Popup Small Window will Appear and a "Edit Button" will be provided in which the user will able to edit his details according to his requirement .

Break Down of Features we are implementing

1. Upon Hover on the Profile icon in the Post Section in the Home Page
2. A small window will display the User Profile in a Popup Window
3. Then its Details will be displayed to the user
4. A edit button will be provided to edit its Details in the a new window as a form
