Using the HD remakes of PopCap assets in another game [Permission question]

Hello. I know that the original textures belong to PopCap, however I would like to ask if I could use the HD remakes/upscales (depending on which one it is) in another game without any financial gain from it and proper crediting to you and PopCap for the assets. What I would like to do would be mapping the textures of the balls specifically onto an actual 3D model and use that. The game where I want to use it in is a Steam title called Tower Unite for context. Thank you for any responses.
