When i click on a ore in a vein chunk it makes a waypoint on the map and show what type of vein it is on chat

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing when you click the ore in a vein?
Also can you post your fml-client-latest.log file so we can see if something is causing issues?

I can, but nothing shows when i click on a ore

Try running a re-cache using /vp_recache and prospect it again when that has finished.

small ores can spawn almost anywhere, even in the middle of a vein
