Based on the WeaponInfo.xml file, there're firerate codes that're intended to control how quick the AK-47 and Carbine Rifle will be able to shoot in-game, but they only work for the player for some reason, leaving those weapons to shoot slower for the NPC AI.

I feel like we could have a fix in code for this maybe... (removing blindfire multipliers from the .xml can cause issues with some weapons for the player in TLAD... they exist for a reason)
perhaps could get a "partially" label too, since part of the issue is related to the animations, which are in turn fixed with Console Visuals.
