Describe

filter에서 분야 부분이 서버에서 받아 오는 거다 보니 처음 로딩시에는 분야가 띄워지지 않고 있다가 뜨는 문제가 있습니다
skeleton ui 를 적용해 주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다
