noaa-nesdis-ncei-accessions frequently times outs at 4320 minutes ( i.e. 3 days ) which causes the check-stuck-jobs action to fail. this job has since finished and no more stuck jobs are present.

It was force-finished by the 72-hour limit. We can re-harvest it and see if it finishes successfully. If it keeps getting stuck we need to figure out the cause behind it and raise a ticket if it is not a known issue.
