As a challenge.gov user, in order to participate in program events, I would like to know the most accurate events information.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Events pages are updated and the updates are pushed to production

For the Challenge.gov events page -- I updated the page to move the May 2 event from HHS to the "Past Events" section. Here's the preview link: https://federalist-2c628203-05c2-48ab-8f87-3eda79380559.sites.pages.cloud.gov/preview/gsa/challenges-and-prizes/kgkempe-OI-4754/events/
The updates are under the kgkempe-OI-4754 branch

@jdonis / @kkrug This was reverted, is that correct? (GSA/challenges-and-prizes#1939) If that's the case, let's move this item to done.
@TCKapGrp I moved #1308 to sprint, that should cover all recent events pages. Let's try creating a new PR again.
