Guidance Needed on Generation of Reaction Rules

I’ve been reviewing the documentation on how to generate reactions and reaction rules. While I have a general understanding, I would appreciate more detailed guidance on the specific steps involved in this process.
I created a GenerateReactions.py file in the MicrobeRx directory, which imports the RuleGenerator as mentioned in the documentation. However, the flow is not entirely clear to me.
