fps when use fp16 is not faster than FP32 On RTX2070 with Max-Q card #23

The Screenshots you provided prove that fp16 is faster, by 16 microseconds per frame. Really however, there is little difference between the two both visually and performance wise in most scenarios, and probably the biggest difference in performance would be visible on higher resolutions and on weaker GPUs or most likely a combination of the two.

In the case that this is just variance however, this is related to #18
