Feature Request: Dynmap GP Integration #16

It would be really nice to use the name with Dynmap-Greifprevention and mike-primm the dev of dynmap is easy to get a hold of on his subreddit.

I basically want to show the name here:

I believe this would just need to expose the name variable to PlaceholderAPI:
