This is a package repository, that is, a collection of machine
instructions for installing and updating packages and to some
extent how to uninstall them. This collection is licensed under
the GNU General Public License version 3, but the instructions
(called ‘scrolls’) themself are individually licensed, primarly
the GNU All Permissive License.
