Describe the bug
Everytime I try to upload a custom machine template from the marketplace, GNS3 says the file doesn't exist. When looking for it in the shell, it's there. Downloading directly from the templates page works fine.

  • OS: Linux GNS3 + WebUI
  • GNS3 version: 3.0.3
  • Server is running on a proxmox VM. Bare Metal install script was used.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to GNS3 logo at the top of the screen
  2. Click on "New Template"
  3. Click on "Import an appliance file"
  4. Upload a template file
  5. See error: Image 'upload/.gns3a' not found

Additional context
Tried reinstalling my whole VM and it didn't fix the issue.

Correct, importing an appliance file is broken at the moment.
