HEAL: Round trip / more points leads to longer route

Example 1: 10 km, 3 Points -> 9,7 km

Example 2: 10 km, 20 points -> 20.3 km

Using the round trip option for random route generation, the length limit doesn't apply anymore with more points on the route. Although the limit is not enforced, 200 % route length is too much.

HEAL, but also normal ORS (but not as large round trips)
