Write documentation of the software, description of the architecture of the whole app and the project.

¿Should we include doxygen or anything of the likes of that to the project?
We can prepare the following documents:

Architechture
Class description (doxygen would help us with this)
File hierarchy
Algorithm description, and sources of the algorithms themselves...
