Picture and url update

The picture and the website url for partne IF has been updated on the main branch:

But the build action has failed:

As I understand, the build error is related with transifex, which changed it's REST API.

We need to update transifex client and config in thinkhazard project.

Hello @matamadio,

I fixed build in another Pull Request: #940

As we did not updated this project since a long time, I would recommend testing deeply on https://int.thinkhazard.org before deploying on https://www.thinkhazard.org.

Note that https://int.thinkhazard.org is using master branch, while we create tags before deploying to https://www.thinkhazard.org (currently using 2.1.2).
