Unable to click on other countries when showing Russia

When on a page showing Russian Federation hazard levels, e.g. http://thinkhazard.org/en/report/204-russian-federation/VA
user is unable to click on other countries, as possible when looking at other locations.
In the example, user can only click on US and Canada to navigate there, or within Russia to zoom into ADM1 level
