[Feature] NFC Upgrades for NFC Cards at Feestcafé De BAC

What would you like?

For Feestcafé de BAC, all members who contribute 10 euros or more get an exclusive Feestcafé "De BAC" 70s Disco Edition VIP Membership card. The designs will be printed on blank NFC card, so they can be used with SudoSOS! However, it would be nice if the BAC could already link these cards to someone's account as soon as they are handed out. Therefore, it would be nice if people (and admins) can set their NFC authenticator from the frontend. If the used webbrowser has NFC support, it would be nice if a phone's NFC reader is used to read the chip.

Furthermore, it would be even more amazing if people can already use the card during Feestcafé "De BAC" 2. Therefore, an extra would be that the BAC can find people by scanning their NFC card.

Lastly, an extra would be that BAC members can set people's NFC authenticator from SudoPOS behind the bar. I do not think the BAC will remain at the portierstafel the whole evening, so people who arrive late can still easily get their NFC card linked.

In summary:

• Add setting/deleting your own NFC authenticator in SudoSOS Dashboard.
• Add setting/deleting someone else's NFC authenticator for admins in SudoSOS Dashboard
• Add searching people using NFC to SudoPOS
• Add setting/deleting someone else's NFC authenticator in SudoPOS if admin.

Why is this needed?

It is just a really, really nice if people's VIP cards (which they contributed 10 euros for) actually works out of the box, without requiring them to set it up themselves after the borrel. This causes the cards to somewhat lose their value.
