Is this a feature for the SudoSOS point of sale or for the SudoSOS dashboard?

What would you like?

When the bacpm hands out fines, the fine overview should show a list of first fine dates for users

Why is this needed?

It eases the process of handing out fines and allows the bacpm to have a clearer insight in the state of fine-payments
