[feat] Show poll on poster screens

In the past, polls were shown on the infoscreen (and read using HTML). Perhaps if GEWIS/gewisweb can make this available in API format, we could show this again.

I am thinking of

Poll title
Option with most votes
Option with second most votes
...
Option with 5th most votes (or however much fit on the screen without reducing font size too much)
