Because the cron is in CEST timezone, and for general legibility, it would be desired that the audit logs are also in the timezone of aurora-core. I think implementation such that it takes the browser current timezone is also valid, as they are most likely the same.
Steps to reproduce
Edit something that triggers the audit logs, look at the audit logs, observe that it is an hour (or two hours in the summer) difference from the time that you did this
