发帖时快速搜索以前的帖子标题，如果有重复的帖子，就可以直接参考了

因为 ruby-china 本身并未提供搜索相关的 API，所以原先打算使用 SAE 自己建一个服务，提供这样一个扩展的 API，但是维护成本太大了些。

ruby-china 用的是 Google 搜索，所以考虑是能否以 Google 搜索 API 的形实现，但经过尝试，Google Search API 被墙了，而百度等又没有提供搜索的 API，所以还得返回到第种方法上。
