✨ Feature

Security workstream in French is currently "Sécurité de la TI" and the difference between English and French is causing problems.

Since all the workstream are like this, we'll need to fix it more broadly, but for now, let's just change the Security one in French so that it matches the English. This is currently holding up a job process.
