Recommended frequency for a lora 32 v1 ttgo?

I have a ttgo lora 32 v1 from 868-915 mhz, what frequency do you recommend to use?

it will set it itself from the server, but most of the satellites are in 433 mhz so your better off getting 400-433 version of the ttgo. not a lot of active satellites in 868-915.
