Windows installation of llff for Nerf using Conda #42

As Nerf can be (successfully) used in windows with Conda with minors hacks for tf 2.1
As Nerf need LLFF and imageMagick

Can someone like @BingEdison can provide conda steps ?

Because on windows 10 with wsl (wich avoid the cygwin installation) and virtualbox, Docker can"t work.

And... Is there any plan to combine nerf & llff ?

btw, both project seems not updated
