there may be a conflict with a mod, idk wich one tho

Can you reproduce the issue with just Mutant Monsters (+dependencies)?

i tried to run it with only that mod (i guess, idk what do you mean by dependencies) and it works?

this is the modpack btw, i wanted to play it with some other mods so
i removed: oculus, rubidium, ETF and EMF, third person, better combat, combat roll
and i added: epic fight, weapons of miracles.

Having the same issue, reliably its this mod. Any mod I have that requires this mod of course asks to have it installed, when installed it causes instant CTD. When only this mod is installed with no other mods that require it to be installed, causes instant CTD.

I'm running version 1.18.2 with the release of Puzzles Lib from 6/19/2023 ([FORGE] [1.18.2] PuzzlesLib-v3.4.6).
Originally, I used the most up-to-date version of Puzzles Lib (v3.5.8), but it would also cause a crash immediately. In the logs, it said "[13:55:58] [main/ERROR]: Missing or unsupported mandatory dependencies:
Mod ID: 'forge', Requested by: 'puzzleslib', Expected range: '[40.2.7,)', Actual version: '40.2.0' "
So I went back to an earlier release, and it worked. Since the modpack I use is running off of 40.2.0

@Fuzss i just realize that. When u have optifine and puzzles lib in the same folder it crashes im sure that some other mods can block each other too

I'm having a similar problem with the puzzleslib mod. It's crashing and telling me that it's incompatible. It's requiring version 1.21 of Minecraft while I'm in version 1.21.1. Shouldn't it still work?
