Describe the bug
It would be nice to have everything Vivado prints out to be put inside the GUI so someone does not get scared by a terminal window opening on top of the application

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run a Vivado based test through PTCS and see the output

Expected behavior
No terminals should open up, and the Vivado print output should be inside PTCS

Since Vivado runs in a seperate process, I think we need to do something with file watchers or tailing
