Add option to scramble names of meds in notifications

I've been using RxDroid for a while, and it has a feature that scrambles the names of your medications in notifications, providing privacy from people and apps that might read your notifications and see what meds you take. This app doesn't have that feature, so I have to scramble the names manually by giving them other names, and I have to remember which is which while RxDroid shows the actual names if you tap them.

Describe the solution you'd like
I suggest adding an option to scramble the names in notifications. I think RxDroid uses ROT13 or something similar, so the name is still recognizable to you. Perhaps this app could use a random scramble, just in case some system-wide notification data harvesting method figures out the scrambling technique. You might not need to scramble the names in the app itself; just showing which name corresponds to which scrambled name for the user would be enough.
