Cannot Submit or Proceed When Selecting Blank Option in Label with ",p"

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Pundi AI and create a new task.
2. Add an option label with ",p".
3. Navigate to the task labelling interface.
4. Select the blank option, Try to click "Submit or Next".

Actual Result:
A blank option appears.
Selecting the blank option makes the "Submit or Next" buttons unclickable, preventing task progression.

Expected Result:
The blank option should not appear in the labelling interface.
Alternatively, if the blank option is valid, selecting it should allow the user to click "Submit or Next".
