Can we have a enable/disable and uninstall command?

Regardless of being installed by Pickle or not, could we have a enable/disable option to update the mini file (mainly on Windows)?

Also and uninstall command is very handy, it should be as easy as removing the DLL file and updating the ini file.

Enable/disable would be possible, given they respected the php core and ext naming convention.

Uninstall would work too for those installed by pickle, as we would not know if some deps DLLs are still required by other extensions. That also means we need to store the list of these DLLs for a given version .
