Can't log in via PassKey

Describe the bug
When trying to connect my PSN account it won't let me use my passkey to log in, then if I click can't use PassKey, it will give me a QR code but shows no numbers and the send email link just gives an error.

To Reproduce
<Remove this section if it's obvious>

1. Click Connect to PSN
2. Enter user name with Passkey already enabled on account
3. An error occurs when you try to log in
4. Click "Can't Sign In with Passkey"
5. Obeserve QR code with no number
6. Click "Send Sign in Email"
7. Notice error

Expected behavior
Being able to log in via a Passkey or email.
