Add Telegram Bot as messaging service for periodically and/or alert notifications.

Maybe not just restricted to telegram, but a modular system that can handle multiple messaging services

I would like this Idea, but it should be a two-way interface. Telegram would make it possible also to handle user requests of specific types of data.

What is the use case for requesting data via telegram? I'm not necessarily opposed to the idea but don't see the need

I could think of a use case, where I as the user want to request e.g. the last reported temperature of sensor A without getting a lot of update messages.

But instead of adding Telegram (and others like Telegram) as data distribution service it should be considered treating it as a separate service. This would make it possible to access the whole functionality provided by the Infrastructure using their APIs.

Something like a generic "Messaging Bot Interface", which sits between the database and the messenger api's? Maybe this could be extended in the future to not only use "static" commands, but to use generic language trough machine learning. And machine learning is something i clearly doesn't want to have in the core of the Data Access component.

In the beginning i would see it more as a toy, but it could become a low level, interactive way to access data "on the go".
