managed-vms.yml: VMs vorher einschalten #1

Moin,

nach der Installation sind die VMs ausgeschaltet. Managed-VMs.yml sollte sie vor der Konfiguration einschalten :).

Es lässt sich in der preseed konfiguration auch einstellen, dass die VMs direkt nach der Installation neu starten. Ist dieses Verhalten gewünscht?
