nmap package fails to build with gcc-13

The nmap package appears to fail building ever since the switch to gcc-13

error: ISO C++17 does not allow dynamic exception specifications

Adding this line to make/pkgs/nmap/nmap.mk makes the package build for me, however this is hardly the right syntax approach.

$(PKG)_CONFIGURE_OPTIONS += CXXFLAGS="-std=c++14"

Either way, it appears the ISO C++ standard for this package will probably need to be lowered.

I tried various thins, but cant get nmap compile with gcc 13, but got many different errors. Before wasting more time, i think its the best to add current nmap 7.94 which whould work with current compilers
