Product suggestion - show last week's result of ratification - on claim page?

I've added in a section below the main claim section on the Claim page:

• If last iteration was ratified, it tells the user so, and displays some stats from the iteration 🙂
• If last iteration was not ratified, it tells the user so, and directs the user to the claim page in docs for more info: https://docs.freeos.io/6915043/d/h/6k0z3-408/43bbcca7c54387a/6k0z3-1422

21/11/22 Frontend v0.5.7-beta. Question to JK for scenario where no one participated but message displayed as Vote Ratified. Is vote considered ratified if no one participated?

Account: tommccan. Iteration 796, completed SVR. Ratified YES. Next iteration 797, on Claim page, Last week's vote result was showing as 'Vote not ratified' when the rewards record was showing as ratified.
