Skyvector formula wrong

uses a different formula that what I got in
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/457862/skyvector-zoom-levels-vs-rest-of-the-world
(in fact, as you see, it might need several formulas.)

However, I regret to inform you that due to the project's age and the fact that it is a third-party modified version, it is no longer possible to maintain it. Therefore, I will not be able to implement your suggested changes.
