We need to discuss the idea of making the rarely used Embargo procedure automated, in light of the likelihood of transcriptions containing records that may require removal from the website (those of less than 70-100 years in the past) it might be a good idea to do this automatically as the current procedure placed the onus on the coordinator and is rather difficult and clunky to use,
