  • This issue contains only one feature request.

Problem Description

The Play next Video slider in settings will become unusable if something is changed with another setting. However it is not clear which setting turns it off.

Proposed Solution

When you hover over the Play next Video slider it should tell you why it is unusable so you can flip the related feature on.

Alternatives Considered

I randomly flipped the switches of the rest of the features until the slider unlocked.

When you turn on the "Hide Recommended Videos" setting in the "Watch Page" section of the Distraction settings, the "Play Next" setting is disabled as the next video to play comes from the recommended videos.

You are correct though, that FreeTube needs to inform the user why they cannot enable that setting, as the relationship between settings might not be obvious to some users.
