Replace MWBot dependence to mwn or other modern MediaWiki bot framework in order to solve security issue and better adapt TypeScript development.

I also realized that I had to rewrite almost all the code. Existing code is cluttered and uncommented. Frankly, I didn't imagine that I would add these features to this extension.
