Currently pysui and pysui-gadgets rely on client.yaml, either the default created from sui binaries or others such as generated from sui genesis --working-dir XYZ which can be loaded in samples with sample_name --local ~/somepath/client.yaml

It would be a useful capability to generate a client.yaml without requiring the installation of sui binaries.
