The ArrayScan does not have the plate barcodes in the filename, but instead in the Plates.csv file within the plate directory.

There we will need to detect if new data if from the ArrayScan, and if so parse Plates.csv in order to determine when both replicates for a given experiment have been exported (triggering an analysis).
