Deleting last folder, screen doesn't "un-fade" #126

When deleting a folder, the main screen fades while the confirmation pops up. If the folder being deleted is the last one, then after the deletion, the main screen doesn't get focus back, and the screen stays grayed out. A refresh fixes the problem.
